Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, we offer our customers a 14-day return policy.

Please email us to let us know you wish to do this within 14 days of your order arriving. All products must be returned in the same condition they were sent out with all their original packaging. The shipping fee is non-refundable and unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.

How do I return my order?

To initiate a return, please email us. We will send information of where the order should be returned to.

Exchanges

How do I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange a received product for something different, it is processed like a regular return. You send us the item you do not want and you will receive a discount for the entire amount which you can use towards your new order.

What should I do if a product is damaged?

If a product is faulty, please inform us by email within 7 days of delivery.
