sustainability

paper
Our original paintings are made on 100% recycled post consumer waste paper from recovered fibre, certified to FSC® standards, manufactured without chlorine bleaching and produced by the use of bio-energy and local sourcing of materials. Our prints are printed on best-in-class archival art papers with the use of higher quality fade-resistant, archival, pigment-based inks which results in an unbeatable archival lifespan of up to 200 years.
frames
Our suppliers are deeply concerned about the environment. The wood used in production of our frames is always obtained from reputable sources which ensure its responsible harvest. It also comes already seasoned, which means that it has been air drying for years (usually a year for each centimetre of thickness), rather than oven-baked to the desired humidity. They use only natural oils for finishing and eco friendly, water based paints.

packaging
All our cardboard boxes and tubes are 100% recyclable and contain a minimum of 75% recycled paper. We use protective materials that are all 100% recycled and recyclable. Where that is not possible because of the nature of the product, we ensure to always reuse protective materials already available at hand.
Travel
We are committed to reducing environmental pollution where possible, so we have joined the UK Government’s Cycle to Work scheme. We cover the upfront cost of a bicycle on behalf of staff, thus staff can save a minimum of 25% on bicycle RRP. This promotes healthier journeys to work for staff, reduces London’s traffic congestion, as well as air and noise pollution.
